Registration for Go Girls! Berkeley is handled through the JCC of the East Bay.  For more information, contact dannys@jcceastbay.org.  

A full-service community center dedicated to building a progressive and inclusive community, the JCC has hosted Go Girls! Camp since 2011.  Located just steps from Shattuck Avenue in Berkeley’s “gourmet ghetto,” Go Girls! at the JCC will be connected to a larger camp community through the various JCC camps, have tons of outside time on the super cool JCC playground, and perform in their beautiful 1400sq foot theater.

The Children’s Creativity Museum, a Go Girls! Camp partner since 2012, is an interactive art and technology museum for kids with a mission to nurture the 3C’s of 21st-century skills – Creativity, Collaboration and Communication – in all youth and families.  Located in the heart of San Francisco’s museum district, the Go Girls! at the CCM will learn from its incredible exhibits, play outside in the playground at Yerba Buena park, and perform in their state-of-the-art theater.

The Alameda Education Foundation (AEF) is made up of parents, educators, business leaders and members of the community. A vital force in the community since 1982, AEF supports educational excellence in Alameda public schools by providing funds, materials, volunteer resources and program coordination to supplement the opportunities available in our schools. AEF supports a variety of programs including academics, athletics, music, drama, sports, science, technology and much more for thousands of Alameda school children.

    I think a go girls Fairfax, would do really well. We have several camps here that fill quickly, and I know people are looking for camps like this. I hope you’ll offer something this winter or summer in Fairfax, or close by.
